Shipping
Orders placed directly through Nelmgerian.com are sold by Nelmgerian MX. Books may be printed and fulfilled by one of our authorized printing and fulfillment partners and shipped directly to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Free standard shipping is included on qualifying book products when stated on the product page. Estimated delivery times are provided during the ordering and fulfillment process. Delivery times may vary based on destination, printing availability, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your Nelmgerian MX purchase. Returns of eligible physical products purchased directly from Nelmgerian.com are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, contact Nelmgerian MX before returning the product. Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to preference, buyer's remorse, or an accidental order. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return instructions.
Do not return products to Amazon, a printer, or another fulfillment partner unless Nelmgerian MX specifically instructs you to do so.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days after the refund is processed for your bank or payment provider to post the credit.
Original shipping charges, when applicable, are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Retailer Purchases
This policy applies only to products purchased directly through Nelmgerian.com. Books purchased from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Walmart, Etsy, or another third-party retailer are subject to that retailer's return, refund, and shipping policies.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Because some books are printed or fulfilled shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Nelmgerian MX reserves the right to cancel or refund orders that cannot be fulfilled, contain material pricing or listing errors, or are reasonably suspected of fraud.
